Andrew Brennan assumed an expanded role with ValleyCrest in November 2006 when he joined ValleyCrest Landscape Development in a full-time capacity to grow and develop its operations. His primary responsibility is to continue focusing on improving the basics of the business -- at the branches and with support from a strong central management team.

Previously, Andrew spent the past 3 1/2 years familiarizing himself with VCLD while successfully driving a number of key initiatives for ValleyCrest Companies, among them: leading half a dozen acquisitions including our recent design studio acquisitions, implementing significant improvements to our procurement function, and streamlining VCLM's administrative organization resulting in over $1 million in annual savings.

Prior to joining ValleyCrest, Andrew had a busy practice as an independent strategy, operations, and M&A consultant. Andrew's career background also includes several years with McKinsey & Company, an executive position with e-Learning company Quisic, and a senior role at private equity firm ClearLight Partners.

Andrew holds a B.A. in Economics from Williams College.
