Richard A. Sperber is President and Chief Executive Officer of ValleyCrest Companies. Richard has held various positions in each of the company's divisions. Richard was appointed to the top post of ValleyCrest Landscape Development in 1994 and in 2000 was appointed President and COO of the entire company.

Richard attended California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California where he studied Ornamental Horticulture and Business Administration.

Richard's professional affiliations are many, including Urban Land Institute and the Young President's Organization. He also serves on the board of weSpark, a cancer support center in Los Angeles.
